Accessibility Statement

General

We strive to ensure our site and services are accessible to people with impairments or disabilities that may affect their ability to access our website.  We have invested significant time and resources to help ensure our website contains key design elements that make it easier to use and more accessible to as many people as possible, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.

Enabling the Accessibility Menu

The app menu can be enabled by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears on the corner of the page. After triggering the accessibility menu, please wait a moment for the accessibility menu to load.

Privacy and Security

Privacy and Security are paramount for our clients and their public website users.  Neither we nor the accessibility app collect or store any information on public website users.  In addition the Accessibility Tool does not use any cookies that may track or identify public website users.

Disclaimer

Our aim is to constantly improve the accessibility of our site and services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible and unhindered use for as many users to our site as possible.

In an ongoing effort to continually improve and remediate digital accessibility issues, we also regularly review our site to identify every possible accessibility barrier. Despite our efforts to make all pages and content fully accessible, some content may not be fully adaptable or provide for every disability or impairment.  This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution.
